Congestive heart failure is a significant potential additional indication for AMR-001.

More than 5 million people in the US have congestive heart failure and nearly a half a million people develop congestive heart failure in the US each year.

In heart failure patients, stem cells may increase survival and eliminate or delay the need for a heart transplant by stimulating the growth of new blood vessels and/or possibly regenerating new heart tissue.
