  • NeoStem Scientific Advisory Board

    The NeoStem Scientific Advisory Board is comprised of individuals who hold PhD or MD degrees and who are recognized as leaders in the field of stem cell research and therapy or related areas.  The mission of the SAB is to provide critical review of the R&D activities both for the US and China laboratories and to provide recommendations to the CEO and BoD on research activities.  The SAB members all hold faculty appointments at leading academic institutions in the US or China, they are internationally recognized researchers and their research activities are considered to be cutting edge in their field. All SAB members have been acknowledged and have received awards and recognition in their fields of endeavor.

    The Medical Advisory Board is comprised of a distinguished list of physicians that are involved in the field of regenerative medicine, translational cellular therapies, and related fields, and are recognized as leaders in the field.  The mission of the MAB is to provide insight into the areas of regenerative medicine that are likely to benefit stem cell therapies including, but not limited to, diseases of the vascular/cardiovascular system, wound care, diabetes and chronic wound healing, retinal diseases and diseases of the musculoskeletal system.  MAB members have generally developed strong associations with colleges, hospitals, institutions, research labs and technology companies that are actively involved in the knowledge, understanding and use of adult stem cells. Several members also have expertise in medical, biologics, devices and pharmaceutical product development, registration or the FDA approval process.
